  • Creation of road maps for development and evolution of new and existing geospatial systems.
  • Participation in drafting of international standards..
  • Design and implementation of Spatial Data Infrastructures (SDIs) and their components including feature type catalogues and registries.
  • Chairing and facilitation of meetings and discussions in related areas.
  • Evaluations and assessments of existing systems.
  • Preparation of funding bids (experience with JISC, EU, EPSRC).
